Send inquiries to the account manager. Stock samples are free. Customized samples require a fee, which is refunded upon placing an order. Samples are sent within 7 days.

The Minimum Order Quantity is 500 PCS. Trial orders with 500 PCS are acceptable, and larger quantities offer better prices.
Q:What is the lead time for bulk production?

Bulk lead time is 12-15 weekdays, depending on the quantity and box type. Sample lead time is 3-5 weekdays.
Q:What file formats are accepted for printing?
A:
Accepted formats include AI, PDF, CDR, PSD, and EPS. AI is preferred. Bleed size should be 3-5mm with a resolution of 300+ dpi.
Q:What are the payment terms?
