Product Q&A

Q:What are the common cover materials for customized calendars, and what scenarios are they suitable for?

Common cover materials include: 1. Coated paper with film lamination: cost-effective, waterproof, and wear-resistant, suitable for ordinary corporate promotion and daily household use; 2. Kraft paper: retro and eco-friendly, ideal for cultural and creative brands; 3. Cardboard mounted with specialty paper: stiff and high-grade, perfect for business gifts; 4. Leather/fabric: delicate and premium, suitable for high-end gift-box calendars.

Q:What materials are needed if I want to add a corporate logo and exclusive copy when customizing a calendar?

You need high-definition source files for the logo (vector formats like AI and CDR preferred), a text document for the exclusive copy with marked layout positions, and high-definition pictures (resolution not less than 300dpi) if adding corporate images.

Q:What should I do if the customized calendar has material defects or printing errors?

Check quantity and appearance upon receipt, keep unboxing videos and photos of defective products, then contact the manufacturer promptly with the contract and evidence to handle the matter according to the agreed after-sales terms.
