How to ensure product quality?

After confirming the order, we send a design draft for confirmation. We use advanced equipment for printing and cutting, and a professional quality inspection team checks every shipment to ensure qualification.

What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

Please provide: product size (Length x Width x Height), material and surface handling, printing colors, quantity, and design draft. Pictures or sketches are helpful. We usually quote EXW price; let us know if you need FOB/CIF.

If I place an order with you, should I pay the import fee?

We offer EXW price normally. Shipping costs and local destination fees, including customs clearance, are charged by us. We also offer FOB/CIF prices depending on your preference.

What kind of format file is available for printing?

Popular file types include PDF, CDR, AI, PSD, and EPS. The recommended bleed size is 3-5mm, and resolution should be 300+ dpi or higher.
