Q:Can the height of the raised basement be adjusted to the unevenness of the concrete floor?

Yes. The basement height can be adjusted to less than 30mm unevenness of the floor.
Q:Can I use electric door instead of manual door?

Generally, we accept 50% advance payment when the order is confirmed, while balance payment before EXW.
