The adhesive strength of the backing tape will increase over time. It is recommended that you gently peel and adjust the tape within 10 minutes of application. Repeated peeling and reapplication after this time is not recommended.

It can cover fine gaps, but for larger gaps (>2mm), it is recommended to fill the gaps first before applying.
