Our factory focuses on manufacturing extrusion lines and complete bag production lines. With a strong R&D team, we support OEM, ODM, and provide best solutions for special equipment and plastic machinery.
Q:How can we get a satisfied machine in hand?
A:
We will test the machine once it is ready to check every part's working condition and electrocircuit. We will also record relevant photos and videos for installation at your place.
Q:What should we charge if we need engineer service in our country?
A:
You should cover the cost of our engineer's visa, air tickets, hotel, food, and their salary (negotiable).
Q:How long is your machine's warranty period?
A:
All our machines have a two-year guarantee starting from finished installation. We still keep service for the whole life.
