Q:How can we get a satisfied machine in hand?

We will test the machine once it is ready to check every part's working condition and electrocircuit. We will record relative photos and videos for installation at your place.

Q:What should we charge if we need engineer service in our country?

You should charge for the cost of our engineer's visa, air tickets, hotel, food, and also their salary (negotiable).

Q:How long is your machine's warranty period?

All our machines have a two-year guarantee starting from finished installation. We still keep service for the whole life.
