Q:How can we get a satisfied machine in hand?
A:
We will test the machine once it is ready to check every part's working condition and electrocircuit. We will record relative photos and videos for installation in your place.
Q:What should we charge if we need engineer service in our country?

You should cover the cost of our engineer's visa, air tickets, hotel, food, and their salary (negotiable).
Q:How long is your machine's warranty period?
A:
All our machines have a two-year guarantee starting from finished installation. We still provide service for the whole life.
