The product has an automatic balancing system, so it won't fall during normal placement or light touching (e.g., a gentle finger tap). However, it may drop if the display stand is shaken violently or if there is a power outage. We recommend placing it on a stable surface and keeping it away from children.

The magnetic field is mainly confined between the base and the levitating object and complies with safety standards (similar to wireless chargers or magnetic access systems). It has no effect on non-strong magnetic cards (e.g., regular credit cards, watches), but people wearing mechanical watches or pacemakers should avoid getting too close.

For common commercial models, the weight capacity ranges from 50g to 5kg. Larger and heavier items require a bigger base and more power. In terms of shape, the bottom of the item must be able to accommodate embedded magnets (we can provide concealed magnet installation), and the center of gravity should be as centered as possible, without being heavily biased to one side.

Non-ferromagnetic materials (glass, plastic, wood, aluminum, copper) cannot levitate directly. You will need to attach or embed a dedicated magnetic receiver to the bottom of the product.
