Product Q&A

Q:Can the size of the display be customized?

YES. We have our own factory and technical team, most of the product sizes can be customized. Any size you desire, please inform us and our professional team will provide the best suggestions.

Q:Are the banners colorfast?

Banners cannot remain colorfast for a lifetime. Many factors such as local climate, site conditions, and usage frequency affect their longevity. Provide us with your specific conditions to receive an estimated duration.

Q:Are the banners and hardware recyclable?

Yes, both the banners and hardware are recyclable. Our banners are printed using dye sublimation technology, making them washable without fading. Additionally, replacing the banners on the display stand is straightforward.

Q:How long is the warranty of your product?

We offer a one-year warranty on hardware. FREE accessories are provided with the purchase of our items. Please contact us whenever issues arise, and we will do our best to assist you.

Q:Can I return the product if I am dissatisfied with it?

Certainly. However, all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days. ONLY the stand is returnable, as custom images are made to order and cannot be resold. The buyer is responsible for ALL return shipping fees. Note that the original shipping & handling costs are non-refundable.
