How long is the production lead time?

It's depend on your order quantity. For small quantities the lead time can be 3-5days, for large amount the lead time need to be negotiated and filled in the contract.

What format of the file do you need if i want my own design?

AI, IGS ,STP and CDR DWG are workable. We will make 3D drawing in UG ,PRO-E software.

What is your payment terms?

Our normal payment terms is 100% by T/T for small order. For bulk order : 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipping.

How does your factory do regarding quality control?

we have standard QC system to control the quality. 3 times from production, machine test, and final inispection before package.
