We provide a complete one-stop service with our own production flow from steel preparation to five-axis milling, CNC tooling, lathe, fine carving, electric discharging, graphiting, slow wiring, wire cutting, and mold installation.

Step 1: Your idea or drawings. Step 2: Part design. Step 3: Mould design. Step 4: Mold production. Step 5: Trial and adjustments. Step 6: Final treatment and trial. Step 7: Shipment.

Q:What are your payment terms?

50% down payment in advance, and the balance will be paid before shipment.

Mostly finished in 45 days, but some complex and big moulds will take more time. Delivery time varies based on order quantity and suitable material solutions. We are supportive in delivery if the client has an unchangeable promotion plan.

Q:How long is the mould warranty period?

The mould warranty period is 1 year. Damage caused by human factors or accidents is not within the scope of warranty, and wearing parts will be sent to you for free.
