Yes, Pinguan Mould is established in 2019 with our own workshop and office. We provide a complete one-stop service with our own production flow from steel preparation to five-axis milling, CNC tooling, lathe, fine carving, electric discharging, graphiting, slow wiring, wire cutting, and mold installation.

Q:What are your payment terms?

50% down payment in advance, and the balance will be paid before shipment.

Q:How long does it take to finish a mould?

Mostly will be finished in 45 days, but some complex and big mould will spend more time. According to your order quantity, the delivery time will be different, but all based on what kind of material that is suitable for your mould solutions. We will be very supportive in delivery if the client has an unchangeable promotion plan.

Q:How long is the mould warranty period?

The mould warranty period is 1 year. Damage caused by human factors or accidents are not within the scope of warranty, and wearing parts will be sent to you for free.
