Sofa: 3 years for inside structure, 2 years for AN and AT leather. Mattress: 5 years for non-compressed spring, 2 years for compressed spring.
Q:What materials are used for the wooden structure?
A:
We normally use solid wood and e-co plywood. Sometimes MDF board is used based on client demands. We never use harmful chemical materials.
Q:Can I customize the product design and color?
A:
Yes, we accept OEM. We are flexible about styles, target price, size, color, design, and material. You can send your own style or choose from our catalog.
Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:
Our MOQ is 1 piece. We welcome sample orders to test and check quality. For bulk orders, MOQ is 1*20 GP container, allowing mixed styles and sizes.
