We produce mattress, bed frame, soft bed, sofa, and ottoman.
Q:What is the warranty for your sofa and mattress?
A:
Sofa: 3 years for inside structure, 2 years for AN and AT leather. Mattress: 5 years for non-compressed spring, 2 years for compressed spring.
Q:What is the packing method for your sofa?
A:
First, polyester wrapping around the sofa, then foam and corrugated cardboard with corner protection. Second, carton paper wrapping including bottom with corner protector. Third, outer layer with fiber cloth bag.
Q:What is your lead time?
A:
Around 15-30 days depending on the product type and receipt of deposit.
