Submit your design, receive a quotation, confirm the order and pay the mold cost, then we create the artwork for your approval before production.
Q:Can I get a product sample?
A:
Yes, we make samples after you pay the mold cost ($20-$50). We send photos for check, or physical samples via freight collect.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
Generally 3-15 days depending on quantity. Rush orders for most items take only 4-7 days.
Q:What if I receive the wrong product?
A:
If we made a mistake based on our artwork, we re-make it for free. If you provided wrong info and confirmed it, you bear the re-make cost.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept LC and T/T. Full payment or half payment is required before production starts.
