Q:Can I get a product sample?

Yes, we make samples after you pay the mold cost. We provide pictures for your check. Physical samples can be sent via freight collect.

Q:What is the delivery time?

Standard production time is 7-15 days depending on quantity. For urgent orders, it takes only 4-7 days.

Q:What if I receive the wrong product?

If the error is due to wrong info or approved artwork provided by you, you bear the cost. If we made a mistake, we will remake it for free.
