Q:Can I get a product sample?
A:
Yes, samples are made after paying the mold cost. Photos are provided for check, and physical samples can be sent freight collect.
Q:How fast can you produce urgent orders?
A:
For most items, rush production takes only 4-7 days. We will check the schedule to provide the fastest production time.
Q:What if I receive the wrong product?
A:
If we made a mistake, we will re-make them for you freely. If you provided wrong info or confirmed wrong artwork, you will afford the re-make.
Q:What are the shipping methods?
