It works well with food-grade and regular bottle-grade PET resin. Recycled PET material is also acceptable within a reasonable proportion.
Q:Can this machine use different preform neck finishes for the two cavities at the same time?

Not recommended. The two cavities are designed to run with the same neck specification for stable machine operation.
Q:What material is the blow mold base made of for 20L big barrels?
A:
Mold base adopts 45# steel. The cavity insert can choose aluminum or beryllium copper for better heat dissipation.
Q:What is the minimum cycle time for dual-cavity production of 20L jerrycans?
A:
The minimum cycle time is around 75-85 seconds for two 20L barrels. It varies based on preform weight and cooling setup.
Q:How long is the mold trial period after we finish the mold manufacturing?
A:
Mold trial takes 2-3 working days at our factory. We will record test videos and send sample barrels for your confirmation.
