AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryPUKAO is a Zhejiang-based one-stop supplier focused on batteries, charging piles, lighting products, electric bicycles, personal transportation vehicles, and related parts. It reports ISO 9001 certification, three production lines, 11–20 R&D engineers, 11–20 quality-control staff, and stated production outputs for electric pickups and mini electric cars. The supplier supports broad customization and ODM, has introduced new products within the past year, and provides OEM services for well-known brands. Its after-sales system includes overseas service-station training and on-site technical guidance, although service procedures and complaint-handling records are not documented. No inventory, overseas warehouse, or showroom capability is reported. Financial information is insufficient for a reliable credibility assessment.

Supplier typePUKAO describes itself as a one-stop solution service provider operating across batteries, charging equipment, lighting, electric bicycles, personal transportation vehicles, non-road recreational vehicles, and related parts. It also provides OEM services for well-known brands, indicating a manufacturer and integrated product-service supplier profile.

CertificationsThe supplier reports holding ISO 9001 certification. This is explicit evidence of a certified quality management system, although no additional certifications are provided.

After-Sales capabilityPUKAO reports an established after-sales system with overseas service-station training, on-site technical guidance, and a planned regional service center in Vietnam. However, it has no overseas warehouse or showroom, and its corrective-action, complaint-handling, and supplier-service assessment procedures have no written records, which limits documented service assurance.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products within the past year, ODM capability, 11–20 R&D engineers, and 11–20 quality-control staff. It does not have an available SDK, but the documented product-development resources support a positive assessment of general innovation capability.

Production capacityPUKAO reports three production lines and stated output of 20,000 electric pickups and 50,000 mini electric cars, supported by its location in Zhejiang’s automotive manufacturing ecosystem. It lacks in-stock capability, and the manufacturing-contract status is unknown, but the stated production resources demonstrate manufacturing capacity.

Customization capabilityPUKAO explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. It also provides ODM services, indicating broad product adaptation and design-manufacturing support.

Client casesThe supplier states that it provides OEM services for well-known brands, which is evidence of relevant customer experience. However, no customer names, project details, volumes, or independently verifiable case descriptions are supplied.
