A:
For cutting, use zirconia or inox cutting disc. For grinding, use zirconia grinding disc to avoid blue burn marks. For finishing, use a fine grit flap disc or non-woven polishing disc. For cleaning weld joints, use a crimped stainless steel wire wheel.
Q:What sizes and hole types are available for all 4 categories?

Common diameters include 4.5 inch (115 mm), 5 inch (125 mm), 7 inch (180 mm), and 9 inch (230 mm). Hole options are 7/8 inch (22.23 mm), 5/8-11 thread, or metal ring/no ring. Wire wheels also come with threaded arbors or cup shapes.

Yes, OEM/ODM is available for all 4 types with printing on the disc label, blister card, or box. MOQ varies by category, with the lowest requirements for cutting and grinding discs.
Q:What abrasives / wire materials do you use?
A:
Grinding/cutting discs use aluminum oxide, zirconia, ceramic, and silicon carbide. Flap discs use zirconia or ceramic cloth. Wire wheels use carbon steel, stainless steel, or brass-coated steel. Polishing discs use non-woven nylon with abrasive.
