AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier manufactures elastic webbing and related textile, apparel, packaging, and accessory products, with flexible customization, OEM, and ODM capabilities. It exports to multiple global regions, reports 90% export sales, has 12 years of export experience, and states that finished-product inspection instructions are uniformly followed. Production-related information includes 50 quality-control staff, 2,000,000 meters of elastic webbing output, a 500.0 m² plant, and lead times within 15 working days in both peak and off-peak seasons. However, the supplier has no available SDK, launched no new products last year, lacks raw-material traceability, uses random finished-product inspection according to one record, and has no written procedures or records for service assessment, corrective actions, or complaint handling. Certification holdings and customer cases are not provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is a manufacturing and export-oriented textile and accessory supplier offering elastic webbing, ribbons, lanyards, labels, patches, shoelaces, and related products. It has self-operated import/export rights alongside agency export, reports 90% export sales, and has exported for 12 years.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has no written procedures or records for service-capability assessment, corrective and preventive actions, or customer complaint handling. It also has no overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents, branches, or overseas-service locations, indicating limited documented and overseas after-sales infrastructure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier provides ODM and flexible design customization services, but it has no available SDK and launched no new products in the past year. The evidence shows some design support but does not demonstrate strong product innovation.

Production capacityProduction evidence includes 50 quality-control staff, reported elastic-webbing output of 2,000,000 meters, a 500.0 m² manufacturing plant, and stated lead times within 15 working days in both peak and off-peak seasons. Finished-product inspection instructions are reportedly uniformly followed, although another record specifies random inspection and only one quality-assurance/control inspector, so production capability is supported but quality-control depth is mixed.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers flexible customization and ODM services, and provides OEM services for well-known brands. Its product range includes custom lanyards, printed ribbons, garment labels, rubber patches, and other textile accessories, supporting broad customization capability.
