It mainly processes wood chips with a size of 2~10 cm, and the maximum allowable moisture content of feedstock is 55%. Besides wood chips, other similar agricultural and forestry biomass waste like sawdust, fruit branches and crop straw can also be adapted after simple crushing treatment.

The system recovers waste heat to produce high-temperature steam or hot water for factory heating, drying and industrial heat supply. Meanwhile, it outputs high-quality biochar as a valuable by-product, which is applicable to soil amendment, carbon sequestration and environmental protection industries.
