We support carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium alloy tubes and alloy tubes. Material drawings or specifications shall be provided for quotation.

Q:Why does springback happen after bending?

Springback is an inherent material characteristic. After bending force is released, the tube will rebound slightly. Our CNC bending equipment adopts springback compensation to guarantee angle accuracy.

Q:How to avoid wrinkling on the inner bend?

Wrinkling occurs due to material compression. We configure matched mandrels and wiper dies according to tube parameters to prevent inner wrinkles.

Q:Can we provide CAD / 3D files for quotation?

Yes. Please send 2D drawings with dimensions or STEP/IGES 3D models. Clear tolerance requirements will help us offer accurate pricing.

Q:What is your typical lead time for custom bent tubes?
