A:
B/C mechanical rotary axes work with the software virtual A axis to orient complex surfaces. The reachable angle is not a single universal value; it depends on optic geometry, wheel diameter, fixture and tool-path strategy. A 3D feasibility review is recommended.
Q:Is the machine suitable for batch production?
A:
Quick loading, multi-station handling, guided setup and automated calibration improve repeatability and reduce auxiliary time. Actual cycle time still depends on incoming error, required removal, substrate, wheel size, process route and metrology loop.
