A:
It enables ultra-precision polishing of flat, spherical, aspherical, and freeform optical elements. Achievable performance: surface form accuracy RMS less than or equal to 1/150 lambda at 632.8 nm and surface roughness Ra less than or equal to 0.5 nm.
Q:What is the axis configuration and travel range?
A:
It features a vertical bed structure with linear axes X, Y, Z and rotary axes A, B (C-axis optional). Travel ranges: X greater than or equal to 1200 mm, Y greater than or equal to 700 mm, Z greater than or equal to 450 mm; A/B axes -30 degrees to +30 degrees; C-axis optional n times 360 degrees. Processing range up to 700 mm x 700 mm.
Q:What are the positioning and repeatability accuracies?
A:
X/Y axes: positioning accuracy less than or equal to 15 um, repeatability less than or equal to 10 um; Z axis: positioning accuracy less than or equal to 12 um, repeatability less than or equal to 8 um; A/B axes: positioning accuracy less than or equal to 12 arcseconds, repeatability less than or equal to 8 arcseconds.
