During our thirty years of experience, we have close contacts with reputable factories whom we are working in close collaborations and giving us their support. Our products strictly adhered to most international industrial standards such as DIN, ISO, ASNI, BSS and JIS requisitions.

We have a strong production capacity to ensure delivery on time. On receipt of the order we will check with the production department for the targeted delivery schedule. For standard items, most delivery will be normally within a 30 to 45 days' time frame on confirmation of the order. Nonstandard items will be some delay but we will try to shorten it from the support unit to meet customers' expectations. Samples are available for evaluation at cost plus shipping charges by courier payable in advance. This is only applicable to small items by express courier within 7 days. The amount will be deducted from the 30% advance on confirmation of the order. We welcome all comments regarding to the presentation and quality of the samples.

We are quite confident in our products as usually customers will receive their shipment in good condition. Regarding any quality issue, we would deal with it immediately. Please give us a report of the problem accompanying with photos indicating the defective area. We advise our customers to check all items on receipt and if there are any defects through manufacturing faults it will be a one to one replacement in the next coming shipment.
