Our doors adopt multi-layer solid wood plywood + high-density fiberboard (HDF) composite structure as the core substrate. The surface is covered with natural walnut/oak wood veneer or eco-friendly water-based baking paint. It effectively avoids warping, cracking and deformation caused by humidity and temperature changes compared with pure solid wood doors.

Yes. The composite base material is treated with damp-proof pressing process. The frosted tempered glass style is specially designed for bathrooms: it blocks sight while transmitting light, prevents moisture erosion, and is also widely used for bedrooms, studies, hotels and apartment projects.

Two mainstream treatments: 1.Natural wood veneer + high-gloss/ matte PU baking varnish (dark walnut, light oak color); 2.Whole door water-based environmental paint (white, gray, customized color). Optional upgrades: metal decorative inlays, carved panels, frosted tempered glass inserts.

We fill sound-absorbing cotton inside the door leaf. The overall sound insulation value reaches 28-32 decibels, which can block daily speaking and TV noise, greatly improving privacy for bedrooms and study rooms. Silent hinges and magnetic locks also eliminate closing collision noise.

100% customizable. We support non-standard door height/width, left/right inward/outward swing direction, RAL color painting, different lock handles, hinge brands and double door/bi-fold door structure. Glass style and decorative lines can also be adjusted.
