They are designed to penetrate various substrates without the need for pre-drilling, which significantly speeds up installation. Depending on the model, they can efficiently drill into timber battens, steel purlins (up to 6.0mm / #12 gauge), and other metal sheets.

The choice depends on your application: Full Thread Screws: Ideal for general fastening where maximum thread engagement in the base material (like timber) is needed. They simplify inventory as one size fits more applications. Double Thread Screws: Engineered for crest fixing metal sheets to metal substrates. The dual-thread design provides enhanced pull-out strength and vibration resistance, making them superior for thin-gauge metal-to-metal applications.

The load-bearing capacity, particularly pull-out strength and tensile strength, is core to our design. We perform standardized Mechanical Property Tests (including tensile and pull-out tests) on every batch. Detailed test reports are available upon request, providing you with engineering data to ensure the screws meet the structural requirements of your project.

To ensure a reliable, leak-proof installation, each of our roofing screws comes equipped with a high-quality EPDM Rubber Washer. This washer is compression-molded to create a durable seal around the screw shaft, effectively preventing water ingress at the penetration point, even under thermal expansion and contraction.
