AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier operates in metal products, machinery, doors and windows, and related engineering, with import and export permissions stated in its business scope. It demonstrates broad customization, ODM, recent product development, and OEM service for recognized brands. Production evidence includes two production lines, aluminum fence and gate output, six quality assurance inspectors in one record, and 11–20 quality control staff in another. Quality procedures for corrective actions, complaints, and finished-product inspection are documented and followed. However, the supplier has no overseas agents or branches, overseas warehouse, showroom, or offline trade-show participation, and reports zero countries served through overseas services. Manufacturing controls show gaps: no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with related subcontractors, no ongoing quantity reconciliation, and no outsourcing SOP. Certification ownership and detailed customer cases are not established by the provided information.

Supplier typeThe stated business scope covers metal products, machinery and equipment, doors and windows manufacturing and processing, related engineering construction, and permitted import and export activities. This supports classification as a manufacturer and exporter of metal and door/window products, although the records do not provide a formal supplier-category label.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has documented and followed procedures for corrective and preventive actions and customer complaints, and it reports in-stock service capability. However, it lacks overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents or branches, has not participated in offline trade shows, and reports zero countries served through overseas services, indicating limited overseas service infrastructure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products during the past year, ODM availability, broad design-related R&D services, and 12 years of total R&D engineer experience. It does not have an available SDK, but that limitation does not negate the demonstrated product-development and customization-oriented R&D capabilities.

Production capacityProduction evidence includes two production lines, aluminum fence and gate output, in-stock capability, and quality inspection resources, with six quality assurance inspectors in one record and 11–20 quality control staff in another. Capability-control weaknesses are explicit: no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with related subcontractors, no ongoing quantity reconciliation for batches, and no outsourcing SOP.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization, with these capabilities recorded for both R&D and design services. ODM service is also available, providing direct evidence of broad customization support.
