1) All raw materials pass IQC (Incoming Quality Control) and enter the whole process after inspection. 2) Handle every setp in the IPQC(input process quality control) inspection process. 3) After completion, QC will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the product.

How do you dispose customer's complaints?

Within 6 months after the customer receives the product, if there is any quality problem, please provide relevant pictures, video, text requested by our sales, we will reply ASAP and give the corresponding solution within 1-2 weeks.
