The central impression drum is what does the heavy lifting here. Film stays stable against one fixed point, web tension holds steady, and color registration doesn't drift the way it tends to in setups without a CI drum.

Hot air drying effectively cures ink, and it does so quickly and uniformly. This method keeps pace with production demands, preventing any slowdowns between the printing process and subsequent steps.

Both water-based and solvent-based inks can be used on this surface. The best approach depends on the specific application and the materials involved; the press doesn't require a choice between the two.
