Q:What is the smallest window you can die-cut?
A:
About 25 x 25 mm. Below that the frame gets too narrow to hold the film flat.
Q:PET or PVC for the window?
A:
PET is clearer and recyclable, PVC is cheaper and slightly softer. For food we always suggest PET.
Q:Can the carton be shipped flat?
A:
Yes, all our folding cartons ship flat. 5,000 pcs flat takes roughly one third of the space of assembled boxes.
Q:Will the window survive a humid warehouse?
A:
We test every new die for 24 hours at 40 degC and 90% RH before release. With an 8 mm frame there is no curling.
Q:Can I print on the inside of the window frame?
A:
Yes, one colour inside is common for a brand pattern behind the product.
