Q:What is your delivery time?
A:
Normally 30-60 working days depending on the machine type. Water machines are faster, while carbonated drink machines take longer.
Q:How to install my machines when it arrives? How much the cost?
A:
We can send engineers to your factory to install and train your staff. Alternatively, you can arrange engineers to study in our factory. You are responsible for air tickets, accommodation, and our engineer wage of USD100/day/person.
Q:How long time for installation?
A:
Subject to the machines and the situation in your factory. If everything is ready, it will take about 10 days to 25 days.
Q:How about the spare parts?
A:
We send one year's worth of easy-to-break spare parts for free with the machines. We suggest buying more units to save on international courier costs like DHL.
