This PTFE Etched Tube adopts special surface treatment technology to achieve good bonding performance and can be chemically etched onto the outer diameter of catheters.
It can be matched with FEP heat shrink tube to provide extremely low friction force and build the inner lumen layer for different medical devices.
We support three manufacturing processes including free extrusion, mandrel extrusion and dip coating to meet diversified design demands of customers.
It features outstanding lubricity and good biocompatibility and is widely applied in cardiovascular and neurosurgical fields for catheter, stent and neuro implant production.
It has ultra thin wall options ranging from 0.0127mm and above, and all specifications can be customized according to project requirements.
