We perform dual inspection via spectrometer and carbon-silicon analyzer for each furnace. Mechanical testing is done on samples, and workpieces undergo full visual inspection with optional non-destructive testing.
Q:What should we do if we receive defective products?
A:
Please send us photos of the defective products. We will feedback to our engineers and QC departments to solve the problems.
Q:How are the moulds and products packed?
A:
Moulds are coated with anti-rust oil, covered with thin films, and packed in fumigation wooden cases. Products are packed in standard export cartons or as per customer request.
