We will submit the quotation in 24 hours if getting detailed information during working days. Please provide 3D Step files, 2D drawings, material requirement, surface treatment, quantity, and any special demands.
Q:How do you do the quality control?
A:
1) Each furnace undergoes dual inspection via spectrometer and carbon-silicon analyser. 2) Mechanical property testing is conducted on samples from every furnace. 3) Workpieces undergo full visual inspection and non-destructive testing as required.
Q:What should we do if we receive defective products?
A:
If you receive a defective product, please send us photos. We will feedback to our engineers and QC departments and solve the problems.
Q:How to pack the moulds and products?
A:
Moulds are coated with anti-rust oil, covered with thin films, and packed into fumigation wooden cases. Products are packed into standard export cartons or as per customer request.
