We will submit the quotation in 24 hours if getting detailed information during working days. Please provide 3D Step of Files and 2D Drawings, Material requirement, Surface treatment, Quantity, and any special demands.
Q:How do you do the quality control?
A:
1) Each furnace undergoes dual inspection via spectrometer and carbon-silicon analyser. 2) Mechanical property testing is conducted on samples from every furnace. 3) Workpieces undergo full visual inspection with non-destructive testing as per requirements.
Q:What should we do if we receive defective products?
A:
If receive defective product, please send us the photos, we will feedback to our engineers and QC departments and solve the problems.
Q:How to pack the moulds and products?
A:
1) For moulds, coated with anti-rust oil, covered with thin films, and packed into fumigation wooden case. 2) Products are packed into standard export cartons or as per customer's request.
