1) Each furnace of molten iron produced undergoes dual inspection and recording via both a spectrometer and an on-site carbon-silicon analyser. 2) Mechanical property testing is conducted on casting samples taken from every furnace alongside the production batch. 3) Workpieces undergo full visual inspection, with non-destructive testing performed either as sampling or comprehensive checks according to customer requirements.

If receive defective product, please send us the photos, we will feedback to our engineers and QC departments and solve the problems.

1) For moulds, we will be coated one-layer anti-rust oil first, and then also will be covered thin films on the mould, finally pack into fumigation wooden case. 2) And as to products, we will pack into standard export cartons or as per customer's request to pack.
