Q:How can I get the quotation?

We submit quotations within 24 hours during working days. Please provide 3D Step files, 2D drawings, material requirements, surface treatment needs, quantity, and any special demands like packing or delivery.
Q:How do you handle quality control?
A:
Each furnace undergoes dual inspection via spectrometer and carbon-silicon analyzer. Mechanical properties are tested on samples from every furnace. Workpieces undergo full visual inspection and non-destructive testing as required.
Q:What should we do if we receive defective products?
A:
Please send us photos of the defective products. We will feedback to our engineers and QC departments to solve the problems.
Q:How are the moulds and products packed?
A:
Moulds are coated with anti-rust oil, covered with thin films, and packed in fumigation wooden cases. Products are packed in standard export cartons or as per customer requests.
