Our standard pumping configurations (Roots Pumps, and Diffusion Pumps) achieve an ultimate clean vacuum of 10^-3 Pa to 10^-4 Pa. The system logic is programmed with intelligent vacuum interlocking to automatically manage outgassing phases without crashing the main pumps.
