The complete transition from the heating chamber to total oil immersion takes less than 10 seconds, ensuring maximum hardness and precise microstructure transformation for critical steels.
Q:What vacuum levels do your pumping stacks achieve, and how do you handle harsh outgassing?
A:
Our standard pumping configurations (utilizing or Edwards rotary, Roots, and diffusion/turbo pumps) achieve an ultimate clean vacuum of 10^-3 Pa to 10^-4 Pa. The system logic is programmed with intelligent vacuum interlocking to automatically manage outgassing phases without crashing the main pumps.
