Our standard pumping configurations (utilizing Leybold or Edwards rotary, Roots, and diffusion/turbo pumps) achieve an ultimate clean vacuum of 10^-3 Pa to 10^-4 Pa. The system logic is programmed with intelligent vacuum interlocking to automatically manage outgassing phases without crashing the main pumps.
