A complete cryogenic air separation plant includes air compression, pre-cooling and purification units, turbo-expander refrigeration, a rectification cold box and a control system, together with cryogenic storage tanks, vaporizers and filling equipment. We supply the full train as one integrated solution.

Q:Which gases can it produce, and at what purity?

It produces oxygen and nitrogen. Oxygen purity is above 99.6% and nitrogen purity above 99.99% (O2 below 10ppm).

Q:What capacity range is available?

Standard oxygen output ranges from 50 to 1000 Nm3/h, with matched nitrogen output up to 1200 Nm3/h. Larger capacities are available on request.

Q:Can it produce liquid oxygen and nitrogen, not only gas?

Yes. Besides gaseous products, liquid oxygen and nitrogen can be produced in part through modified operation.
