Q:What are your payment terms?
A:
Standard payment terms are: 30% deposit upon order confirmation. 70% balance paid before shipment. We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), L/C at sight, and other secure payment methods.
Q:What is the delivery lead time?

For standard orders: 15-25 working days after order confirmation and receipt of deposit. For customized orders (special valves, colors, etc.): 30-40 working days.
