A1. Mostly of our exported machines/equipment are having ISO Standard. A2. Manufacturer will have Acceptance Test Certificate after manufacturing. A3. furthermore, we have Pre-shipment Report as per client demand with SGS / BV etc. All these mentioned actions will ensure the good quality of goods.

A: As per most applications, we provide guarantee for 1 year / 2,000 hours after shipment (whichever comes first) including the main parts like engine / gearbox / pump /main structure etc but excluding easy-wearing parts.

A: Yes, we accept OEM and customize for some brands. Such as color, logo, engine, structure parts etc.

A: At beginning we can do T/T payment terms before shipment with new clients, after sometime cooperation and based on trust between each other, we can expand to L/C, OA orders depend on situation.
