A3. furthermore, we have Pre-shipment Report as per client demand with SGS / BV etc. All these mentioned actions will ensure the good quality of goods.
Q:Q: What's our guarantee period?

A: As per most applications, we provide guarantee for 1 year / 2,000 hours after shipment (whichever comes first) including the main parts like engine / gearbox / pump /main structure etc but excluding easy-wearing parts.
Q:Q: Do we accept to customize the products as per requirement?

A: Yes, we accept OEM and customize for some brands. Such as color, logo, engine, structure parts etc.

A: At beginning we can do T/T payment terms before shipment with new clients, after sometime cooperation and based on trust between each other, we can expand to L/C, OA orders depend on situation.
