Full-Automatic Waste Tire Recycling Line

A whole tire crusher is equipment specially designed to shred intact waste tires. Whole car tires, truck tires and engineering tires can be directly fed into the machine for shredding without pre-cutting. It breaks down tires into rubber chunks and steel wires, which are then used for rubber recycling, steel wire recovery, road filling materials and other purposes. It is a type of environmental protection equipment for solid waste recycling.

Ordinary rubber crushers can only process small pieces of rubber and are unable to handle intact, large-volume whole tires embedded with steel wires. The whole tire crusher features a twin-shaft shearing structure. Its cutter group strength, frame load-bearing capacity and feed inlet size are all reinforced. Specially designed for whole hard tires, it allows direct feeding of complete tires and boasts a stronger anti-jamming performance.

The equipment is equipped with standard wear-resistant alloy cutters, which are reinforced for materials mixed with steel wires and rubber, so they are not easy to get damaged during normal operation. Meanwhile, it is fitted with an anti-jog reversing system to prevent equipment damage caused by steel wire tangling and jamming of hard materials.

It can be operated by a single person. The equipment features a fully automatic electronic control system. Operators only need to feed materials and conduct routine inspections. The control panel has simple buttons, and people with no prior experience can master its operation after a short training session.

Equipped with a large-diameter feed hopper and active gripping cutter set, the machine automatically pulls tires in for crushing once they are put in. No manual pushing is required, making the operation safe and labor-saving.
