It is mainly applied to the hot-press vulcanization and forming of rubber floor tiles, solid rubber bricks, anti-slip mats for floor tiles, shock-absorbing mats, edge sealing rubber strips for floor tiles and other products. It is the core processing equipment for rubber accessories matching floor tiles.

This equipment is designed primarily for rubber floor tiles and rubber accessories for floor tiles. It is not suitable for pure ceramic tiles that only require laminating or film coating processes, but it can normally perform vulcanization processing on composite products combining ceramic tiles and rubber.

The production capacity varies depending on mold specifications and machine types (semi-automatic / fully automatic). A standard model can produce hundreds to thousands of standard rubber floor tiles or rubber mats within an 8-hour single shift. The production capacity of fully automatic models is over 30% higher than that of semi-automatic ones. We can calculate the exact capacity according to your product dimensions.

The standard single vulcanization cycle ranges from 30 seconds to 3 minutes. Parameters including temperature, pressure and processing time can be adjusted freely based on product thickness and rubber materials.

There are two main types: semi-automatic four-column vulcanizing machines and fully automatic vulcanizing machines. We offer standard models with regular tonnage and standard worktables, and also provide customized models with large tonnage and large worktables to adapt to molds of different sizes.
