Integrated system combines rotating abrasive action with water spray for simultaneous skin removal, cleaning and rinsing. Separate washing equipment may be reduced before or after processing.

Adjustable peeling depth ranges from 1mm up to 20mm,allowing customized skin removal intensity based on different vegetable varieties, seasonal conditions,or end product requirements.

Five-blade uniform peeling design includes five individual stainless steel blades, each measuring 200mm in length, working simultaneously for thorough skin removal across all vegetable surfaces.

Optimized material yield keeps material loss during processing at 15 to 20 percent, maximizing product output. The machine suits potato, sweet potato, taro, carrot, ginger, beetroot, and lotus root.
